Information services for Federal scientific and technical report literature previously pro- vided by the Clearinghouse for Federal Scientific and Technical Information are now provided by NTIS. SELECTED WATER RESOURCES ABSTRACTS is available to Federal agencies, contractors, or grantees in water resources upon request to: Manager, Water Resources Scientific Information Center, Office of Water Research and Tech- nology, U.S. Department of the Interior, Washington, D.
